Kinglory‘s goal is to provide clients high purity, high density and small grain size of sputtering targets and evaporation materials. Therefore we apply vacuum levitation melting, vacuum sintering, hot pressing, CIP, HIP etc to meet diverse demands of material properties. These products are machined by the automatically controlled CNC lathe, CNC milling, CNC grinder etc to ensure the dimentional precision and stability, and to guarantee the surface quality of the material.
Kinglory offers backing plates in form of circular, plannar, tublar or other custom designs. Oxygen free copper is usually employed. Other heat resistant materials like Molybdenum, Titanium, stainless steel etc are also available.
Kinglory has special technology to bond rotable targets.This kind of bonding don’t consume any expensive Indium alloy or Silver expozy. Meanwhile, the integrity between the sputtering material and the tube base is very strong. Rotable targets without soft bonding layer enable the heat transport directly and quickly, hence the tublar target can support higher voltage and generate higher sputtering rate.
